The lottery will play an extremely important role in CrazyDice, serving as the sole channel to obtain entry tickets for the CrazyDice metaverse.
It will be the only way to obtain a CrazyDice metaverse game entry ticket (although tickets may be traded on exchanges if someone is willing to sell their ticket), and over time, the probability of receiving ticket shards in each round of the lottery will gradually decrease from 100% to 6.25%.
Playing CrazyDice lottery gives you the chance to win some native token rewards or metaverse game entry ticket shards! It's simple, fair, and you can participate anytime as long as you have native tokens.
More accurately, it's like a luck-based red envelope. Inspired by "Chinese red envelopes," all participants will randomly receive a certain amount of native tokens from it.
Specifics:
To participate in the lottery, you need to stake an equivalent amount of tokens into the lottery protocol.
Each person can participate in the lottery only once per round.
After participating in a round, when the minimum number of participants is reached and the eligible draw time has passed, the round will automatically draw. Deposits and rewards will be automatically sent to participants' wallets.
The lottery uses Chainlink or Supra's VRF for true, secure randomness. There is a small execution fee charged at participation. Please don't panic; this fee is used to cover the gas costs incurred by the lottery administrator for that round and is evenly distributed among all participants.
How to win
In each round of the lottery, one person will win an NFT, and multiple people will win tokens, so essentially, there are no losers or winners.
We will determine the outcome based on the number of reward tokens each person draws. This round is divided into the unluckiest person (receives the least reward) or the luckiest person (receives the most reward) having a chance to win NFT rewards. However, the winners will forfeit the tokens they have staked. Of course, other participants will receive a portion of their staked tokens back, but they will lose the chance to win NFTs in this round.
What exactly is a reward?
Our rewards are divided into two types: one is NFT rewards, and the other is token rewards.
NFT Rewards
By selecting the luckiest participant in each round, their deposit will be deducted, but they will receive a random NFT shard, which can be synthesized into an NFT.
This NFT is the metaverse entry ticket. It will be divided into 6 series, each consisting of 32 shards. Collecting different sets of 32 shards will enable the synthesis of a complete NFT. This synthesized NFT will serve as a ticket to enter the CrazyDice metaverse game ecosystem.

Token Rewards
Everyone will receive a random native token reward, with only the values varying.
Why is a deposit needed?
Similar to most lottery protocols, we require funds to be deposited into the protocol upfront. However, what sets CrazyDice Lottery apart from other lotteries is that, besides the most fortunate winner, the deposits of all other participants will be refunded, making the risk extremely low.
In other words, everyone is using funds to compete for a chance to win a fragment of a CrazyDice metaverse entry ticket. However, the deposits of those who win this chance will be used to compensate everyone, including themselves, with themselves receiving the highest compensation.
So, you don't need to worry about the safety of your deposit. For example, if you participate in a round of lottery with 16 people, your probability of being the luckiest person is 1/16, which is 6.25%. In other words, you will have a 93.75% chance of winning native tokens for free.
If your deposit is deducted, please don't worry. This means you qualify for the luckiest token reward and metaverse entry ticket shard. If you synthesize a complete metaverse entry ticket NFT, you will be able to enter the metaverse game ecosystem to participate in games and stake the earned NFTs for more stable and substantial staking rewards.
NFT Fragment Distribution Probability
From the Lottery distribution of NFT fragments, we will extract a number between 0 and 15 from the obtained random number of the draw, along with the current block time minus the release time divided by the time of 10 natural weeks, and then we will take the remainder. If the result is 0, we allow minting; otherwise, the NFT fragment will not be minted. In other words, the probability for the first cycle is 100%, for the second cycle it is 50%, and for the third cycle it is 37.5%. This will effectively control the distribution of NFTs.
